you mean if we translate it word by word it'll gonna be like this>>>>>

Aa! Megami-sama ----- Ah! A Goddess

what do you think?

Well I always said that is Ah Goddess,

maybe they based their translation the way the story goes.

the word ''my'' reffers to the second person, so if keiichi says ''my'' in ah! my goddess, he reffers to belldandy right? so that's where it begin i think.
