Well the first Volume of ADV's AMG Season 2 is out today and I was able to pick it up at Bestbuy for about $22. The first thing I did after throwing it into the PS3 was to watch the commentary by Eileen Stevens and Drew Aaron (The English VA's for Belldandy and Keiichi respectivly). Sadly they only comment through the first episode only. But still you get some insight about how they both feel about the series and how they actually record their roles. If when you watch it your kinda wondering how they could possibly know so little about the series, then take note that they mention that they often record alone in a booth without the presence of the other VA's and often times just go on the directions from the director. So they often do not see the finished 'work' as a whole so to speak. If you get the chance check it out. It also tells a little of how/why there are sometimes differences in the direct translation and what they are directed to say in dialog.
All in all I'm happy with it...

So how many episodes this first dvd have?


At first I tought I was going to buy one dvd, but now Im not sure , I also want to ask you if this first volume come with some extras, special box or something like that?

It has very cheesy Anime Network on Demand intro, a typical Newtype intro, then a so-so ADV intro before you get to the title Menu screen.
There are 4 episodes on the disc.

Ive already ordered it & waitn 4 it now.& Im very anxous.

I got the dvd today. I preordered it. I also preordered the volume 2 of the second season.

I heard the english dub, and I didnt like it (dont hit me!....) but I hope someone can comment about this dvd releases, at least to get informed

You can tell its taking a little bit for the English VA's to get back into the feel of the characters... But still they are some of the better chosen English VA's for a series that I like. I'll have to re-watch it later with the English and Subtitles on (You can turn on and off the subtitles if you have a subtitle button on your remote.). I know there are differences in the spoken dialog vs the subbed one. I did notice that ADV did add some subtitles to some of the written Japanese in the anime. Nice touch.

Ive seen it last nite & man Im was very happy^^.I like Bell shown her anger & yelling.But what ive noticed was that Bell's face seems chubbier^^.I like that look on her than the skinny face look she had in season 1.She truly looks beautiful in dvd 1.I think i feel in luv with her all over again^^'.
