for me, seeing as how i'm a Cowboy Bebop fan (as well as an AMG fan), i'd have to go with Vicious; he was a cold-blooded psychopath

Yes Queen Galaxia is in sailor moon stars. shes the strongest villian/senshi of them all in the show. shes the best and she did a better job than the other previous main villians in previous seasons. ;)

Also; we can't forget about Hild. can't have an anime villans thread without at least mentioning hild

Favorite anime villian.... I have a couple. One of them is Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. The other one is probably Morganna from .hack/Sign. Nothing like a twisted AI living in a virtual world causing havoc to people in the real world.

My fav villain would be Hild and Char Aznable.
