It just occurred to me, did Darkhorse arranged for a translation of the novel?
Reason: The Kinonavi at Kinokuniya in my town displays the novel, translated and produced by Darkhorse.
I need confirmation on this matter please.

There is already a topic on this, and to answer your question, yes Dark House did, and HAS already released the novel. It is now available throughout the US in your local retailers. ^_^
