It will definitely be forever, the contract states that it is forever, that might make Keichii immortal... And I don't think it will end unless the contract is over which I highly doubt will happen (At least, Belldandy won't let that happen :)).

The contract will last for as long as people enjoy and watch the series:p But on a more serious note, I think that it will have to last for as long as Keiichi's lifetime
