I have a probelm with a cheat well..becuase it deosn't make sense.

Here's the Cheat/Code:

Hold D-Pad up to go to the following levels:

Chao World
T578-G6ZX-X08W8
Q95B-WV0J-10V85
TBYE-9V2D-6TANB
(When a level is loading hold D-Pad up and then you'll go there.)
You have to use Action Replay (AR).

Here's how:
Go to the 2 player multiplayer mode. USE ONLY Amy, Sonic, Shadow, Metal Sonic, Knuckles, Tikal, Chaos, and Rouge. Using anyone or anything else will freeze the game. Then go to the battle options at the top and take of the time limit. Next pick a level, and PICK ONLY THE TOP 2 LEVELS for each Amy - Metal Sonic, and Knuckles - Rouge.
DO NOT ATTACK EACH OTHER!(It will freeze if you do.)

I want to use it for my gamecube but I have qeustions?

2: Where do I hold D-pad up?

It's Sonic Adventure Battle 2. For the chao garden.

An Action Replay is basically a Gameshark. You can see one HERE for sale.

As for holding the 'D' Pad up... You would do that during the loading screen between levels while you are playing the actual game.
The catch is that you must *First* aquire (buy) a Action Replay for the Gamecube then follow the instructions that come with it on how to use it with your Gamecube. You should be able to figure the rest out from there.

or to get the chao garden get the chao key in one of the levels, get a chao and have it grow up and you wil gain access to the heaven and hell sections of the garden
