I'm not sure if I'm thinking about the right anime....but if it's the one with these two groups of kids fighting eachother and having special powers and stuff....
If that's the one, then my favorites are definetly Naruto and Sasuke. Make that Sasuke first. He rules. Yup. Very much. Though this whole Cursed Seal thing really freaked me out at first. Oh well.

I LOVE NARUTO TOO! It is just the greatest Ninja anime out!

Anyways my favorite character is Sasuke-kun! He is just really kewl! And also makes Naruto jealous. LOL

Uuuuhh....i know That "Naruto" Anime. It is being televised in our local chanel. I think the main character there is the ninja with whiskers, wearig an orange suit. And the other one is the man in the green suit with big eyes, and moptop-like hairdo. Am i right?

The man in green, is Naruto's (the orange whisker-ninja) sensei. So yeah, you're thinking about the right anime.

And I'm sorry, DAT-san, I don't really understand what you mean.

btw i really really really HATE those freacking whiskers :( if they could remove em and give him like red hair he would look so much much cooler :P

Anywho, I think the whiskers are really cute on him, he looks so carefree and childish while he really isn't. Naruto's pretty sweet, and I think those whiskers suit him. Though I hadn't really thought of them as whiskers before. :heh:

I think the purpose of naruto's whiskers is to emphasize his frenzy/carefree personality.

My guess would be that they were originally not only for that, but also to link him with the Nine Tail Fox; a fox does have whiskers. Plus, as I said before, it just makes him sooooooo cute! :love:

Yeah.....what if his enemies cast a ninja spell on him that turns a nine tail fox?
