You have NO idea how hard this is! Well, probably you do otherwise you wouldn't ask for our help. I went as far as making two myself. It's really hard to find pretty avatars. Been looking for one that is Reiyuka-ish (dark red hair, green eyes) for ages already. Oh well, here's at least something.

I gernlly find them everywhere, Advanced Anime, Anime Visions, Megatokyo, randomly on google searches (especially european sites, they tend to have the best!) and a couple here on BAF ^-^ I just love finding kawaii images, once and a while i post them here on BAF when i see one i think is acceptionly cute ^-^

well you need a program for that... the ones i made where done with "animation shop" i think.... from jasc (the company that makes panit shop pro"

I use Photoshop, with imageready(inside photoshop) i can create animate avatar, glitter, collage, etc. etc.

BTW, did you find Naruto avatars?
