The rules are simple. When someone makes a wish, grant it, but corrupt it horribly.

Example:
Wish: I wish Belldandy and K1 would finaly kiss.
Response: Granted, but bell loses her memory and so they have to start over.

granted, they went to a perfect 10 photo shoot (adult skuld :P). that wish cannot be corrupted.

i wish that in one episode, bell takes a pill of MDMA.

granted. (hmm.. you are putting two wishes together.)but urd's heart tips to the dark side and Belldandy and Skuld's mother doesn't get to be seen.
