Yeah, i've heard the Rammstein song and it's pretty awesome.

I'd have to completely disagree about the rest though. Although it's true America is like a Virus. They do manage to influence several other places around the world, but most of the time it seems to be unwanted. Unfortunately, with the population and amount of money America has, no one really has the power to stop it... maybe that's why terrorists attack? Honestly... I think places should be more like Canada... haha, we're nice people for the most part here :P

Thanks Dark_Urd, I can rest easy knowing folks think I'm evil just cause I exist:E I suppose it would easier though if the moderates were able to be more vocal than the extremists of both sides, but I suppose that's a misnomer.

America is a bit like the plague, but with less death and could affect more people than that ever did. Its a bit of a love hate relationship with the U.S.A, its everywhere....so people get used to the influence on media, entertainment, food...etc....But, is its spread is making one culture ...not the best culture (if there is one), but one.

Some things are good, others bad...so one day we will wake up and realise that everything that made different countries special will be gone. Replaced. Its scary but will happen one day....might as well get used to the idea. :)

yeah i live in the USA to and some things i like about it and alot of it i dont like (sigh) but what can ya do >< lol yeah japan has it all respect for others good food and of corse anime =) plus i just love the culture of it people as well.

In my opinion, as long as US remains an example of a successful country and leader, all others will just want to be that way too. It's like a model others are following and therefore letting it's culture spread. [maybe for exceptions]

I must agree with Goku about the whole world being like a model image of America. I love my country, truly. But the so called "American dream" has become more present even in my daily life. Honestly, it sickens me. It's like we're losing our identity in favour of another one. I don't hate America, not in the slightest, but I disagree with the mentality, the dream, and the division between the poor and the rich.

It pains me to see my country become that way.

I'm dutch, so i'm from the netherlands (you know small country in europe, don't know if anyone knows it?) and personally I think we almost don't have anything to do with america! I mean we get alot of people from other countries (which is kind of a big problem) but their all from Irak and Istanbul and stuff..

and just europe... doesn't have much from america I think and certainly not the netherlands.holland
Our little country is always proud to be neutral and everything and we don't take many other countries as an example..
