well, the Toshiba isnt less expensive than the Ipod by that much, plus i know if im to get a quality stuff (especially in electronics) i would have to burn a hole in my wallet ^^'. Im just looking for something that is good quality with good sounds and easy to use.

btw what is Itunes? is it a program u use to transfer mp3s into the ipod? is it easy to use?

Phillips makes pretty good Mp3 players, the one I have was pretty expensive, it was $250.00 , it produces lovely sound, however I through out the package so I cant remember how much it can hold. So far I hvae 80 songs on it if that helps!

Another thing, is I was talking to my uncle about Mp3 players (he's a nerd! I love him, haha!) He's says so far Apple makes the best Mp3 players because they are more capable of holding way more music, you can stick your entire music library in them for endless entertainment. So if your looking for high comacity, Apple can do that. However I don't know if that means it works on any computer. Mp3 players hold less music, howver they are smaller and more convenient to carry, like I use mine for running, its great!

I don't listen to that many songs so I would go and buy the cheaper ones that are a good size. Not too big but also not too small! For the ipod to do many things Apple makes you buy all these stupid extensions inorder to use it and they use this to milk your money. :(

Cowon iAudio will offer you the best in terms of sound quality. I wouldn't buy anything else.

Ipods are rather overpriced; you can get more storage for your money with Dell, Creative, or Iriver.
