Um, I have one question if I may....
Why do some call it Ah! My Goddess and some call it Oh! My Goddess? Does it have to do with translation or something? :sheep:

Well, here is my guess. Ah my goddess is used in Asia, especially japan and taiwan. The "ah" came from the original title, aa megami sama. To make it look more english, they change the 'aa' in the japanese title to 'Ah'. when the anime was imported to the west. they change 'ah' to 'oh' to make it sound like the commonly used term,' oh my god' with a twist in it.

Put this together with some guesses and some sources i read on the net.

The worst change of title that i ever saw is the one for samurai X. In japan, it is rurouni kenshin. In taiwan, they call it 'the heavenly sword enters' literally.......

I have a friend who is quite the Otaku. Specifically anime of course. He does his own "subbing" and is head of one of the local Anime Clubs here. Coincidentally Where I first saw AA MegamiSama. lol
His take on it is a "fickle and not entirely accurate" translation. LOL Basically I tend to agree with him despite the fact that he's repeatedly referred to himself in the past as the "OtaKing" LOLOL Course that may be more in spite of having been referred to as an "Otaleech" by him in the past. LOLOL
Basically it's not that big a deal. lol Unless it makes it harder for you to find it on the store shelves. Gasps and shudders in horror.
