What program did you use to do the border with? And if it's something I can use in psp (paintshoppro) can you point me in that direction?

the program I used was Adobe Photodelux... ultra low end freebie software that sometimes comes free when you buy a printer.
the "border" is actually an 80x80 blue square feild with four blurred white lines for highlights. The red line and picture are also seperate fields, layered above the blue background.... then the whole thing was merged to a single layer in a .jpg file (which i forgot to reduce in file size... thanks Gabriolis)

it's a crude program... i can't do half the stuff i want, at least not without going to another program.
