Skuld may have had a grown up looking body, but she still had the mentality of a child. She's infatuated with Keiichi, nothing more. At her age, I highly doubt true love would even be possible.

As for Bell, just because she's with Keiichi because of a wish, doesn't mean she isn't honestly in love with him. Bell and Keiichi are both just shy people.

That was only because her powers are growing, but it also can be mixed.... anyway now she is with her best friend and she is very happy, Now only Urd need to be with someone ......(Troubador......? )

Skuld doesn't fully understand what it means to be an adult. She thinks being an adult is merely being bigger (lol) and having the power to do things (like riding a motorcycle and flirting.) She has no real understanding of the responsibilities of adulthood, whereas responsibility is a key aspect of love. So she can have a little-girl-crush on Keiichi, but until she actually grows up, it's not love.
