Has anyone ever seen a picture of Belldandy's mother or Skulds mother. I mean we all know what Urd's mother looks like.

Come to think of it, we really don't know much about the three sisters' father. If Freya is the mother, perhaps Odin is the father (in keeping with Norse Mythology)...

i thought that kami-sama is the father of our three norns!?!

urd, belldandy and skuld have the same father (it's highly thought it's kami-sama himself but i don't rekon seeing it said clearly anywhere in the manga, the OVAs or the movie) however they don't have the same mother. urd's mother is hilde as we all know, but belldandy and skuld's mother is a goddess, i don't believe her identity is revealed anywhere, else i missed something. :)

hmm, i think you're right, morphee. bell and skuld's mother is nowhere named. but if you remember oav 4 when bell was called by kami-sama you could see him for a second and i think he has the same hairstyle like bell and the same colour of hair like skuld. or not?

but i also want to know who the mother of bell and skuld is! :)

It's something that has been repeatedly debated, the only divine parent we know for sure is Urd's mother, Hild. The lack of contact the Goddesses seem to have with their parents suggests we will never know, just think of the movie, Bell was (it seems) raised by a series of nannies and her mentor Celestin. Assuming there is a reason behind this rather than a simple case of neglect, there may never be a time when they are introduced to the storyline.

Never seen the pic before... except shadows of either Kamisama/their father/mother.
The shadows appeared in the manga when Bell was going to meet welsper for the doublet system... and also...somewhere in the 1st season tv anime regarding Urd's parents.

The shadow had some Bell hairstyle and Skuld's aswell...

Lets just hope their parents gets introduced in the manga like K-1's parents!^^

I guess I am way behind. I have never really heard of hild. Anyone have a pic? And you know I never thought abotu the father mother thing with her. I kind of just assumed she was oprhaned. It would be an interesting story though.
