Does anyone recommend a place where I can buy or get sheet music for the songs from the OAV and the movie? Specifically the songs " Congratulations" and "Try to wish". I cannot seem to find them on the web. Thanks.
I think I could get the melody right, but the accompaniment is difficult to hear out.

Thanks for the advice guys. I went to check both ebay and amazon. I cannot seem to find any sign of any sheet music. I did find the music CD's, but that is not what I am looking for. Does anyone know whether the sheet music for the songs have actually been published or releashed? I have tried checking some specialized music stores like Burt and Company, but they do not have anime sheet music.
If this still cannot find it, I might have to manually sound it out note by note and write it down myself. But I really do hope someone else has info on where to get the official sheet music. Barring that, I could settle for someone else's " sounded out version".

Sheet music for anime is tough to get. But I'll see if I can look through some of the stuff I got and see if I can find some. Remember though, AMG! is over 12 years old.

Thanks jimmytheshank. I eagerly await your reply.
It does seem quite a paradox, but you would expect to find it floating around in the internet after 12 years. But then again, you do not find many sheet music of any kind floating about.
The wierdest thing is that before I was introduced to the AMG universe, I did hear my older sister playing one of the background music pieces from a book that contained many different popular pieces, like the Godfather movie theme. Whether that piece was a AMG song or just something similar is still to be determined. But that does give me another lead to pursue, that is , popular music collections. Hmm, I never saw AMG as something of mainstream culture.

Anime in itself has become a part of mainstream culture that stills shocks me today ,considering that anime was still pretty much an underground type of entertainment when I was first introduced to it. Anime sheet music exists I'm sure. I can't find any pertaining to the songs you mentioned, although I do have a booklet with some sheet music attached from an AMG! cd. But I'll keep looking for you.

I doubt that. It's finally making a name for itself here too, so I'm sure it'll be around for quite a while.

As long as fans keep shelling out the money, anime will never die. :P

And as long as there are people like Peng-kun who want to become animators, it won't either.
