umm.... then she said that she reads them in the persons emotions thru colors...

im not exactly sure if she ment that
1> she cud read minds OR
2> she can just read the persons color, which is the emotion...

but with this clip.. i cud say that she CAN read minds after all... hehe

I think,
1. because bell could read people's emo from their current collor.
2. because they had been stay together, so they had somekind link that telling each other's feelings.
3. because Bell know about K1, more than K1 know about himself.

hmmm yeah i remember that episode of colors of mind and thoughts
but goddesses can read minds but how she did it i don't think she readed or maybe they are getting much and much more in that state of ...... ^_^

But well, how about this option:
She said that she is "no longer required to be an emotional sensor and therefore my powers as a goddess have been restricted". [5th episode 17 min.]
In first episode she was able to read Keichis mind with no problem. Than, she was only able to see the persons emotions due to the restriction, but in 26th episode her powers have been already restored because of those contract records erased from the system. If you think about it this way, it makes sense to me. If I'm wrong, tell me. :)

Hmmm it makes me wonder...... I wanted to make clear something else: In which period does the 24th episode S.2 take place. I mean in 10 episode Peorth left Earth and in 21th after helping with the daemon trouble she returned to the Heaven right away.

but in 21 she did it on her own so i think she can be punished but i wouldn't want that ^_^

:D the 21st was mentioned just to points out that she visited Earth 2x, and so I'm a little concerned. t would make sense if the 24th would all happen after all events, but citation says: "It's about time I completed the OTHER mission too" revealing some connection to one of those two visits. But in episodes 7-10 she didn't look like willing to help Belldandy anyhow. I really don't know how to explain :D
