If I remember correctly Keitaro is 5'4 and when she finds out, she comments that she is either 2 or 3 inches taller than him, putting her at 5'6 ot 5'7, that's pretty tall for a Japanese woman traditionally speaking.

It assumes everything up to the last chapter of book 14 happens as shown, and then works on what happened in before Kei/Naru's wedding occurs, when I've completed the first half or so of the series it will fully explain everything, even gving a reason for why we don't see Koichi in the wedding chapter of the manga and the next part of the series will continue on after that point.

Keep reading Goku, there's a whole other story after the first one.
