i agree with keiichiroy. Belldandy-sama is unratable.
When You just look at her, for the very first time, and rate her by this first picture, she's a clean 9.
But when You get to know her better, see all those little smiles, happy eyes etc. she becomes unratable. She's a goddess after all ^^'
And that's when counting just her beauty. Add her personality and You'll see, that everyday 1-10 scale isn't enough to show how perfect she is.

If i met her, i wish i could be of any help for her. She is worth everything.

Oh, and if i was to rate her by numbers, she'd receive 7777.
