In the new series, did anyone notice that Belldandy's face changes between episodes. Compare her face in Episode 4 and 16 to see what I mean.

Belldandy's diamond-shaped mark looks fatter in episode 16 I think.

Do the animators keep changing all the time???

...maybe its because of the new drawing techniques... :E Everything in this world sure is changing time after time...

the artwork is sort of inconsistent in the TV series, sometimes i notice that the general shape of her face changes slightly from one scene to another, i cant really think of any rational explanation for this except for a few careless animation work.

more like different studios working on it the same time and later cut it together (happened with sailormoon afaik)

lol i noticed that ins sailormoon And I have noticed it with AMG too. The manga itself keeps evolving. Personally Im not happy with Belldandy's new evolved version in the upcomming mangas. Her eyes look to big for her face. Too typical of anima drawings today.

my favourite so far is the current look she has in the Sora Unchained manga volume, but the new current look in the original Japanese manga is also very beautiful aswell as the look in the TV series, i guess i just love Belldandy!

Why would they want to change Bell when she's already so beautiful.But that's just me.Or maybe they need a Skuld bomb up their tail pipe mwahahaha.

For those who are unfamilliar with Bels new image here's an example i found on a french website (No i cant understand a word they are saying) I hope the image is big enough to see her face, if not Ill replace it when I find a better strip. You can see the change especially in the eyes. I find once the eyes are changed, then the entire face morphs with it some how.

It's a really big mystery why they keep changing the characters. Well I'm glad they changed Belldandy's first version but do they really need to keep changing???

Well I think Belldandy looks just fine in some Episodes of the TV Series but in some others.... Not so fine...

About that picture Kitori, I find that artwork okay compared to how Belldandy looks most of the time in episode 16.

well...at leastthey have thanged their artworks...compared to the ones in the first OAV last 1995...

I miss the way Bell usually looks with those trapazoid shape eyes, they look much btter that way then round and saucerish. Oh well.
