"When your sad, try writting down 3 simple things that struck your heart today, to remind yourself you are a good person wth a lovely heart." I told my friend that once when she was really down ^-^ and since then she stuck by it everyday she writes down a little list in her diary. It really does work! It reminds you that your normal, and your not a dark person, your just human with a lovely heart ^-^
