Just read the FAQ, please, everything is explained there. Also, this isn't really the place to put such a question. But anyway, the easiest way is to just rate and comment the pictures in all the galleries, the fan arts and the wallpapers, and to post on the Forum. Just be active.

Kinda reminds me a lot of Lorraes_chan. :P
