I know it's a little late of a reply but... Yes, disney does all of the subbing and dubbing of miyazaki's movies these days. In the case of Mononoke it's Miramax, which is a part of disney (for more adult movies). Disney was the only company that said they would not alter Miyazaki's movies in any way (which is nice but...), they do a lot for money though, and hold movies they've had done for over a year until they think they can make the most money off of it. Some of the subbing isn't too great either in all of them... it gets the point across but it's a little off...
