Actually I did more research on the goddesses markings, they are basically programs that keep a constant link with themselves and yggdrasil, they deffine domain, catagory, rank, and power. Simple as that, not mutch to it once you find the correct sources. ^-^ (chronicles section, Yggdrasil)

what'll happen if the seal breaks out?

if the seal breaks then the god/goddess/demon gets hold of a tremendous amount of power... seal are there to control these powers, that's why you have different category levels ^^

? What didn't I know? I'm familiar with the purpose of the facial markings.

I'm not sure if they can create a world, I think only ygrdsill or Kami-sama have that kind of power

What about Celestine? Didn't he said he was going to create a world where people will always be happy? He isn't Kami-sama but he almost succeeded in doing it.
