Well I just got into Ah! My Goddess myself and after finishing the first season I'm wondering if the second season is out, if not are there any plans of a US release?

Yes there is a second season of AMG that just finished airing in Japan a couple of months ago. While there is no concrete news as to weather or not there will be a third season, there is some good news. ADV films has acquired the Region 1 (US) release/distribution rights for the second season of AMG after Media Blasters declined it. ADV says they are excited to have the rights to release AMG. They have not said if they would be able to use the same English Voice Actors yet. So we will have a little bit of a wait, but its coming out.
