Full Metal Panic! is a serious mecha anime, however it's sequel, Full Metal Panic Fumoffu?, is a comedy. Hope that clears up some misunderstanding. :)

A real SILLY comedy. U should check out the ruby training esp.

Well The animes I found funny are Tenchi, Inuyasha, Mini Goddess, Excel Saga and Pokemon. They always bring a smile on my face.:)
