It's starting to show some rinkles, though. I'm gonna be pretty nervous running Unreal Tech Engine 3 games on it, even with the Graphic settings on Medium quality. I've been saving for a full blown upgrade next year, and so far I have around $900 saved for it. Hopefully by late next year I'll have:

Intel Core 2 Duo (AKA Conroe) somewhere between 2.8-3.2 GHZ
2 GHZ DDR2 RAM Memory
Nvidia GeForce 8800
A meaty power supply to power all this up.

I don't know if I'll get the new Windows Vista when I upgrade. I may just keep Windows XP for a bit longer. I hope, at least, Vista takes advantage of Dual Core or Multi Core processors.

The one I have is prebuilt with very little room for upgrading and I'm looking to put my own rig together next year. I plan on keeping the hard drive, CDRW/DVD, the input readers, sounds system, mouse and keyboard, but plan on getting:

I'll wait and see on vid cards and a few other things since I won't be buying parts until next summer.
