As you remember in season one Belldandy got infected by a "Heavenly virus" while trying to solve K1s little look problem. So my question is: How did a virus end up in Heaven?
If they're supernatural beings I don't expect that diseases are freely spreading through that place, as gods are able to destroy that sort of thing for good [at least Almighty one is able to do that].
So what for would they store viruses? For an apocalypse maybe?

Well isn't the goddesses' physical manifestation on Earth a product of Yggdrasil? And since Yggdrasil is a computer system of sorts, the virus would be much more like a computer virus rather than a disease virus. Remember how the bug got into Peorth and that was how Bell was able to locate it? I bet this virus thing is the same thing. The program that allows Bell to be seen by humans in their 3D world got infected with a computer virus.
