well, I was sledding down cardboard hill on a snow tube then a friend of mine landed on my right shoulder. I went to ER because my mom thought it was dislocated.
So far I went to ER 2 times in my lifetime

Oy, let's see....I think it must be the one that I continued doing gym and hopping on this trampoline while having a fracture in my ankle. When I got home, my mom had to cut my shoe open and put my foot in a bucket of ice for about an hour. That was pretty painful, although I never realized that it was so bad until I was riding home with my bike. That happened when I was 11, I think.

ouch, that gotta hurt. One summer, I was riding my bike down the bike trail and my left shoelace got stuck on the pedal. I fell over onto my left side and the bike landed on my left ankle because of the shoelace. I went to the ER to have my ankle x-rayed to see if I had a hairline fracture on my ankle. the x-ray showed only a sprain. I was in alot of pain and I couldn't work. after the bike accident I haven't rode my bike since.

aww poor tsunami you should bike more cas it is so fun even i bike in the snow. well for my painfull memory i would say,i was trying to climb a really tall tree and fell out about 2 meters. i landed on my ankle and really hurt it. the part that really pissed me off was that i was like 2-4 km away from home and i had to walk it, but luckally i biked there so i had something to lean on. i could not bike home cas i could not peddle because my foot was to swolen. when i got home my mom took me to get x-rayed and all it was, was a serious sprain. i could not walk for days and than after a few days it got better and i could walk but with a hobble. after about a month i was totally fine but now i can roll my ankle to some sick angels and it dose not hurt at all. i was like 8-10 when this happened.

You're lucky to only have had a sprained ankle, Nes-san. I've had three fractures, I think, one serious and two minor ones. Besides that, I'm always found with a bruise, although I'm a little less clumsy then I used to be. So yay for that.
