I've seen them in other sites, and I've never seen them in the episodes. Are they new Angels? Or are they in the mangas? There's also the the goddess that carries that axe.

Cool mint and Spear mint are the angels of the axe-wielding Goddess, named Rind. Rind first appeared in a game, or so I thought. According to something I read at Gateway of the Goddesses, she only appears in the manga. She's a Valkyrie, one of the fighters in heaven, and is the same as Belldandy. I mean, in rank and stuff. I forgot her reason for coming to earth, but since she was raised as a fighter, she is a rather cold person. At least she acts cold, but underneath her cold attitude is a warm heart. I think she's pretty interesting, although not much is known about her.

It's in vol 24 -26. Rind came down to look for the angel eating monster that had escape from heaven (It was revealed later that it had manifested itself in Rind).
