Listen closely. That's Kikuko Inoue doing the voice of the giant round machine thing, Tangram, for this game called the Virtual-On MARZ.
For those who are looking at this and going, "Huh?!" (I don't blame you, I still don't get the story, don't try), here's the abridged version:
Tangram is being used as fuel for the gigantic fortress of the unseen guy with the deep voice. Tangram doesn't like this and screams for help. You help her by breaking her ties to the arena you're in and shooting her in the face once in a while to stun her while she's being remotely controlled by the unseen deep-voice guy. After that, she teleports out and starts talking to you. Something about how there's more fighting to be done and how she's Tangram. Then a crystal flies away and makes Mars turn BLUE. W...T...F.

...I couldn't get involved in MARZ saving a gigantic eyeball, so I just kinda...closed my eyes and imagined Belldandy chained up in the middle there. Minus having to plug her in the face every once in a while.

*chortle* Well, I'd play it then.
"IYAAAAA!! KEIICHI! HELP ME!..."

Kikuko Inoue still has perfect voice (especially for Belldandy) even now. ^_^

Always thought the perfect er.. 'American' female to play Belldandy is allready too old to do so as it was the eldest and blind sister if the Ingles family from Little House on the Prarie. Come to think of it Half pInt wouldn't have been a bad Skuld either.

For a 44 years old woman her voice is just Magnificent She is saying something about fate .... . . . . . . . . . as i get it good in that vid
