As the world wide web has gradually become more and more prevalent in our everyday lives, new aspects are being introduced constantly. Once example is social networking. Sites such as MySpace, Facebook, Nexopia and others provide youth with an oppertunity to post stuff about themselves on the internet, While the benefits are increased interaction, people have also used these social networks for crime and other deeds of evil. In addition, social networking removes people's willingness to interact in the real world. That aside, what are your opinions about social networks?

Being as introverted as I am, I don't like social networks too much. I've also noticed some elitism attached to it, such as people saying that those who don't a MySpace are emo, etc. Putting up personal information for strangers to look at in the hope I'll meet like minded people isn't for me.

Wait, I thought owning a MySpace page was emo. I do facebook to keep in touch with college friends. I think the best original networking (interacting with people you don't already know) is done on forums and communities such as this one. I have great enjoyed the camaraderie of many of BAF's members.

Although, I admit that the average population of internet forums/communities is drastically different that BAF's, I think that good friendships are still formed.

I got a MySpace with like.. 0 friends.. hehe i dont really use myspace
me and my friends use Friendster..

i find social networking wrong if a person has more than one account..
I mean of one profile isnt enough for your personality, then why do ppl bother coming to your profiles and read it knowing you're having a split personality.. dumb..
well, yeah it's just for fun.. but seriously..
and another thing with those profiles with so many many embeds and effects, man...

hmm only once i used thing like myspace a GG blog or something like that , some ppl are just strange dude made a myspace ... and to all Male was saying fuk off he only replay to female quests .... well i can't say it is bad ppl just need some place to make some of their fuked up life ,hehe sry for english i just suck at lately :(
