...yeah. Widely considered anime's Top Gun, with flight sequences only topped by Macross Plus thanks to it suturistic fighter jets and such. I like it, how about you?

My goodness this thread is old. Anyway, I have Yukikaze and I thought it was a pretty good fighter style OAV. I liked the fact that they stayed in reality when it came to actual flight systems procedure. However there was a lot to be desired in the storyline which just downright confused me by the end. Plus the characters became a little too boring at times with dialogue just droning on and on. I liked Macross Zero more then this, only because of the more intense action and cause I actually new the background to Macross. I did love some of the combat scenes in Yukikaze though.
