with a christmas special on the way as well as a brand new season for 2008, i figured i'd make a thread dedicated to one of the longest running, yet greatest ever Sci-Fi adventure shows; Doctor Who and to a lesser extent, Torchwood (it's a spin-off of Doctor Who)

Current doctor - David Tennant

My favorite character from Torchwood was introduced in the 2005 season of doctor who; Captain Jack Harkness.

Cant beat Dr Who used to watch the old episodes when i was little =p .... though i was always scared of the Daleks ^_^

don't know if its too popular in other countries other than the UK =o
