Seiyuu of Mizuho = seiyuu of Bell-chan

OT Plot = AMG Plot

mizuho from Outerspace + Bell-can from heaven = related

mizuho sensei is to Kei-kun while Bell-chan is to Kei-chan

the only difference is: Mizuho sensei had sex with kei-kun

keiichi and bell-chan up to now did not "do" unto each other.
