I think it's only perverts or really shy boys who get a nosebleed when seeing or feeling too much of a girl (Motosuwa Hideki from Chobits, for example. Or Hibiki Ryoga from Ranma 1/2)
Anime has tought me a lot. From watching GW I finally began to realize how foolish humans are to fight like that with eachother, from Chikyuu Shoujo Arjuna I learned that the earth needs our help and that everything shines, even bugs and other critters, and from Gokudo-kun Manyuki I learned not only what an avatar is, but also that it really should be the strong who look after the weak and the rich who take care of the poor. Lot's of lessons of life can be obtained by fully concentrating and watching anime.
