I noticed that they had completely changed the website on TBS. There are no more short episode summaries or character pictures. It seems they will be adding them again.

Also, I am concerned that if this site dies, there will be no forum to direct people on where to find the raw and subsequently subtitled forms of the new episodes. Any proposed solutions?

Sites of previous season still exist. (You can see the two bannars on official website.) They wouldn't be going to upload new summaries or images until new season broadcast. We need to wait for a moment.

I also think that there are few better forum which discuss about AMG seriously at internet now. I saw following general anime sites, but they don't seem to be discussing very well about new season.

When Season 2 was released I heard the creators were waiting to see what DVD sales would be before they decided on whether or not they would make a season 3

well yeah, its a good idea.
But the rates are kinda hard here to buy DVD's like that.

Actually, I already am. ^_^ I've been diligently buying each volume on its day of release. As for Tatakau Tsubasa, it was to come out yesterday (12/8/2007). Don't know if this is a TV broadcast, or a DVD OVA, but I'm excited. I hope that there will be a download soon, and DVD soon.
