Well, this series are very popular among anime fans, with lots of action and bio mecha stuff. I think they're very interesting with a nice background story. The kind of anime that made me wish seeing next episode :wow:

Well, i liked much more the movie (alternate ending) because seeing giant evas fighting is a breeze.

I'm actually currently waiting for the perfect edition DVD box and both End of EVA and D&R as of now, ordered, but it was import, so im expecting them sometime the few next weeks

I haven't exactly seen any EVA-episodes, but I sure have heard a lot about them.

Looking some stuff up on the internet, really made me like the anime even more. I can't wait to get my hands on one of those DXD-boxes.

trust me Reiyuka, after you watch the first couple of episodes of NGE, You'll quickly go out and buy the rest. It's a great series that has tons of layers to it. But just a warning to you the movie End of Eva might leave you with more questions then anwsers.

Man I wish I could see EVA, Ive heard about it and seen pics on the internet, But there is almost no chance that it'll apear an south African telivision soon, and I can't raise the funds to buy the Dvd or tapes cos everything on the web is in $ and I don't even have Rands, I'm flat broke

I'm not sure of which end you're referring to. was watching the series at the local anime club and had started collecting but then the ending completely lost me. @_@
kinda surreal, but then againthere are surreal parts to the earlier eps too.

I think the closing theme is a classic ballad...I heard it ones on the TV..some of the Actresses are singing it and i thought they're featuring evangelion in their show but to no avail, they sang it coz someone there has a Birthday that day:sheep: ...i know its impossible so I came to the conclusion its a classical ballad.. :)
Evangelion maybe just adopted it

The animation and story of Evangelion is kinda sad and mysterious to me...Sometimes when the charaters are near to death they hallucinate and reflect on themselves, their past and what they're destined to do...
i didn't quite finished the whole series so i didn't know what happened to their city and the evangelions they handle...:sheep:

Drats, I got not money to buy and watch the series....

The last episode is a mysterious one too. All of what happened in the past episodes are just dreams/dreamsecquence.

I forgot...i just watched that episode last 3 years ago.....in TV. you know in TV...full of cuts...such killjoys.
