aww thanks K1 ^-^ but there was a typo, its just a simply Bin, if u go to zellars or canadian tires, you can get air tight bins at any size, mine was able to fit my manga perfectly and air tight them. ^-6 there is another method, Im sure u can get it in the kitchen isle 9what ever it is called :P) What it is, it is a machine that sucks the air out of bags in order to preserve meat better in the freezer, I hear it works like a charm for mangas, alot of collectors do that. ^-^ I wish I could remember the name tho.

hmmmm.....well the best you can do for know is go to a garage sail and find a cabinet u can use ^-^ or by the airtight box ^-^ However the airtight bags sound good too, but u have to remember u want easy access.

yeah thats a good point about the easy access, i think so far a nice new cabinet is the best option for me.

I've always wondered this, but why does the manga turn yellow on the edges with age? I've actually noticed this alittle bit ago with my new manga compared to manga that i've had for 4+ years.

It is due to the paper getting old and some chemistry effects of your touch, along with other things.
In other words, it's normal.

Hmmm...as KSA said, it is normal, but try keeping your books in a slightly drier environment. That should slow the wear a little bit.

I think their should be a e-comic project to perserve the manga in a electroic document format (and not a collection of scans), like my MangaF project.

Until we do not see such thing, we have to do it by ourselves to keep alive the quality of the white paper manga.

hmm.. i'm sure theres a good online site to buy those manga sleeves? My town is to small and surprisingly doesn't have a comic shop, but there might be some at my book store. Most likely not though, so i'll search for them online.

I really don't care what format either in real manga books, online scans, or pictures(the extreme alternative); all I really care though is that I am able to get it and be able to read it!!

But you have your points there probably should be some to preserve and keep originals.
