I think that Bell's evil twin would act as kind and sweet as Belldandy is, although that would be just a cover up. Snide, rude remarks, burning people's tongues with hot tea, making disgusting food and giving extremely bad advice to people. Everything Bell does, but then the other way around. Still, not very likely.

if she likes anyone.... Bell likes everyone and trusts everyone... so maybe the evil Bell won't like or trust anyone... but after all, xho knoxs

I don't know she could be nice to people at times, at least while mainpulating them. But if the person didn't buy into her act...? *shudders*

well, after thinking about, the evil twin doesnt have to be evil evil, she can be a snob instead, (you know a bit like Sayoko)
The evil twin could also fall for Keiichi (a bit like Peorth did) and the Evil Twin and Belldandy can have a contest for Keiichi like they did with Peorth.

Ooo, I like the idea of the evil twin being outwardly nice! Mean things hurt that much worse if you think the person is your friend! I think the evil twin would have the ability to tell what would most hurt people deep down, much like Bell can tell how to make people happy.

I don´t really see a bad side of Bell, because in my opinion she is the anime of love and her nemesis it´s for me dificult to imagine
