Phantom Racer is the title of a story arc in the manga, it's also the title of the corresponding english manga volume. The actual Phantom Racer itself is a ghost spirit of a Honda NSR motorcycle.

yes thats right the Phantom Racer was once Chihiro's beloved bike until she crashed it down the cliff, but everything turned out alright in the end, it found its way back to her and she restored it.

I don't know... I kinda always prefered the look of Bell from the OVA. She looked so sweet and innocent (Especially in the English translation, when Juliet Cessario says "I am!" - Kawaii!).

She looked too grown up in the movie.

As far as the manga goes, I thought she looked great in volume 10 to volume 14, especially chapter 59.

Skuld looked best in the Endless Battle from Chapter 20 in her Neko-gear.

yes! the OVA look for Belldandy is very beautiful! i love it so much! in fact i like the look of Belldandy in all the animes, though i think i need time to adjust to the latest look in the Japanese manga.

I agree the OVA look is my favorite...however the movie look is a close second. Im still trying to adjust to the new look, but Im sure ill eventually love it as much as the others

I originally saw the OVA's before I read the mangas so when I saw Bell in vol.1 I was quite surprised.

yeah the very first volume look of Belldandy in Wrong Number was rather "different2 to what we're used to!
i just like all of Belldandy's looks, they each have their own good points!

what can you say about the looks now? is it getting better or getting not better?...will it have to improved or not?

The proportions are much better than some of the earlier episodes of season 2, where she looks a little wierd: http://www.angel-feathers.com/preview_4913.html . Hopefully the artists can make up their minds and stick with somthing for more than a few episodes.
