Well i just received a book which i thought was the 3rd volume of the AMG manga in Japanese as it was called " Ah! My Goddess Volume 3 GN" and was stated that it was in Japanese print.

When i got the book this morning it was in fact a quite a large paged art book featuring lots and lots of sketches of backgrounds, vehicles and characters.

It also seems to have lots and lots of storyboards =o



this is the only image i have from the site i bought it from, i don't have a scanner but hopefully my camera will be able to get some picture of the pages inside.

Any one got any ideas =s

That is the AMG! "Continuity" book. I have a copy also. It was sold quite awhile back when the OVA was released back in 1993. It cost me $35 at the time. It has all the sketches for the OVA in it, character drawings, building and room diagrams. It's a good book. I believe animebooks.com has some more info. on it. It is a legitimate Kodansha release in case you were wondering. It's kinda hard to find nowadays.

ooo interesting =p ...... it was in the clearance sale on the MVM website ..... brand new fully sealed for £3.99 ....... it had AMG in it ... i had to buy it =s

Well yeah ,actually. There were 2 other books printed that were much larger and more like artbooks. There was the AMG! "Proof of Existence" Book and the large size version AMG! artbook which had a white cover with AMG! art on the front and back which is essentially the same as that "Continuity" book. Albeit larger. It's a good find you have there. And the price is a steal too.

There are two more in stock as well ..... when you say this book is hard to find nowadays how hard do you mean =p ........ where's my wallet ¬_¬

Like, grab whatever you can as quick as you can. I don't see this available anywhere except on ebay nowadays. If you see something, GRAB IT!!!!!!

O_O!! Wow... you're very, very lucky to have gotten that at such a cheap price. It's almost non-existent now in the States, so if you have it, get it. I'd love to have been able to get my hands on some of those books, but being in a land-locked state in the US means I don't get any real anime stuff here. ;_;

there's non in stock now =p ..... there all mine ^_^

There going to be put in the drawer and left for years unopened =]

I also have this book, it was in a store but the first time I didnt had enough money to buy it, after a year I saw it on another store, it was the same book I recognized it because the red "label" was slightly damaged, so I bought it, I think the price was 25usd!!!!!!

Yeah, those are the other 2 books I was talking about. I also have the Hidenoru Matsubara artworks book which has all the latest artwork from the series. I also have a few small artbooks from the movie and from Newtype magazine that was in an issue back in 1993.

Well since it's an amg artbook the most important thing is to have it =)
