This was an anime that was based on the manga, Star Ocean: The Second Story, which is also based from the Star Ocean games.

The anime was pretty good, I would rate it about a 7.
The con part of this anime was that the ending didn't really end, this was due to the manga and anime got low sells and ratings.
The story only true ended in the games and the Drama Vocal CDs. Many says that the CDs isn't that good, as it is only audio.

I wished that they would had made a second season... because the anime's and the game's stories are different in many parts.
