In this thread, I want to exchange some techniques or useful points of image editing. If you have any informations, please feel free to write.
Now first, I'll write some points about scanning.
Preventing back reflection of materials
Both sides might be printed on some articles or posters. And when you scan these materials, sometimes back reflection occurs. This problem can be solved by the simple expedient...it is to apply a black seat (or form) on the back side of the material which you want to scan.
I found this information today, so I'm going to fix some images.
Scanning huge posters
Most personal scanners can be scanned only up to A4 size, so it is difficult to scan some huge posters in general ways. In this case, there is a method to scan by dividing the poster into several pieces, and using the panorama image making software to unite images.
And when you scan posters, you need to reserve some similar part of each images, because panorama image making software needs over 20% of similar part on images for processing. Therefore, you also need to simulate how to scan and unite images.
