Ok we all know that there are such things as a Level 1 goddess and Level 2 goddess. But do you think there is such a thing as a Level 0 goddess?

Not sure, but level 0 goddesses might be like Humans... or like when Belldandy is small and doesn't have level, rank, stat... cause she's still a little kid, not much power.
But bell in the Movie did have her angel - holy bell at a young age.

...perhaps Freya, I would think - the wife of Kami-sama/Odin. Someone with more power then a level one goddess.

Also, I think an angel with the element of light should have white wings, like all angels, but with a natural glow to her skin that makes her seem somewhat golden.

But seriously, a Level Zero Goddess must be someone with power exponentially past someone such as Belldandy, like there are only two or three of them in all of Heaven.
