How bout yahoo? They have the "safesearch" feature in there for safe image searching.

Yeah, but the problem with that is that sometimes you can miss a lot of cute pics aswel. I usually rely on google, but the easiest way is to look for one website and then follow its links. You still need to rely on a search engine to find that one website, but atleast you won't get bothered with hentai pics after that. :)
