I didnt know they made an anime from Claymore, I read a preview manga and thought it was pretty cool (kinda wished a fight or two like that would happen in AMG, (part of the reason I like Lind) but its a romance comedy, not DBZ). Where did you find it?

Claymore is turning out to be a very good anime. Its been following the manga extremely closely. I've been following it for a while now and its getting close to the end of its 26 ep run (episode 18 just came out yesterday). Some might take a episode or two to get into the storyline, but once you do you are not disappointed as the plot twists and turns.. They are currently doing the Northern Campaign arch in the anime which is leading up to some major plot twists. I'm really surprised that it hasn't been picked up for a R1 license yet. But I guess that is just a matter of time....

Just started to watch. It is quite a nice action anime, I love it :)

LOL?!! Miria's voice doesnt sound like Belldandy at all...there must be a mistake in the voice actors list :inoc:

what i mean is that Kikoku Inoue is the voice actress of miria.....

im not preferring that miria's voice is the same as the voice of belldandy...

Actually, Belldandy's voice is performed by inoue kikuko, so it should sound the same but it doesnt :p
Maybe its a different inoue :p

Maybe its inoue's voice then they applied some filters to make it deeper or something.
Anyways, i just saw first 19 eps and i have the sensation that i only saw 5 eps lol (there are 13 eps series that seem much longer lol), the story is really great that episodes just fly away and when you notice you're close to the end :D
This is sure the best action/mystic series i ever saw and i really recommend you guys to go get the fansub eps while it stills unlicensed (at animesuki by eclipse group)

It's possible that filters were used, but it's also possible that Inoue is just quite good at doing widely varying voices. Have you ever compared the voices of some of the characters voiced by Megumi Hayashibara or Satsuki Yukino (such as Nuku Nuku and Faye Valentine? Or Kaname Chidori and Mutsumi Otohime?)? Those two are certainly capable of voicing some very diverse sounding characters, so why not Inoue?
