the thing to remember is , and I mean no offence, but Urd is a Half-breed and verry defensive about it. However, she is not ashamed of it at all. And as such her heritage I think removes many of the inhabitions that would burden a normal charecter

i love that fact that she is half goddess half demon. i think that the demons are way prettier and that is why urd is so beautiful. she has the best traits from both.

Interestingly, I always thought it would be a nice twist for them to reveal that Skuld's mother was a human. It would be pretty ironic considering the long disdain she held for humans (although since her attitude has changed of late, it wouldn't be as compelling anymore).
