The Second Raid has more actions, but cruel with a lot of violence
I heard about 4th season last year, will be like Fumoffu but less fun

The Tessa OVA is a one shot 30min episode that kick starts season 4, and as a Tessa fan I couldn't be happier, hopefully season 4 will introduce Nami and the Behal storyline, as I have long waited for it (currently only part of the japanese released manga issues), there are so many parts of that arc I want to see, but won't spoil anything unless anyone wishes me to
