what do you guys think about the new PS3??

latest PS3 I seen is this one....said to be released in spring 2006

I plan to get one when it comes out, providing I have the money. I missed out on the PSX and PS2, I want to get a PS3! :p

saw that from gamespot. Will get the console if I have the money. They promised really good graphics from that CELL processor

I like what the PS3 looks like, but the controller is too big. I don't like what the controller looks like. Why can't they stick with a normal sized controller of PS and PS2?

i've not seen the PS3 controller yet, but IMO the original control they have is perfectly fine, its one of the best designs ive used, why fix something that isnt even broke?

on the question of if i would get it, if i have the time to play games, tehn most definitely yes! it has backwards compatibility, design looks good and seems to hav great graphics.

Now to say what most of BAF is probably thinking; I'll definately buy the PS3 if they release a AMG game for it. :p

Based on the shape of the controller, It will be a great weapon as well; you can throw it and it will return to u like a boomerang ala Sango from Inuyasha :E :E :E

Well Im not much of a gamer however I love those racing games =^-^= But here's a quick question, Im still removating my jouse and I really want to get a game station of osme kind. So which is better? xBox? Playstation 2? or this P{laystation3? why and whats the difference anyways. Thank you! I hope you can help me out ^-^

In reply to Fizzyboy's post, if they are going to release an Ah! My Goddess game for the new console, then it must be a good game, i dont want the name of Ah! My Goddess to be tarnished by a bad game!

Plus i do hope they release more of the Japanese market games over here, except for the main titles like Metal Gear and Final Fantasy im getting tired of seeing the same western market games around, mostly sports games and movie franchise games. I wanna play the Japanese games again, i feel more at home with them.

Well...good thing it's not one of those dating sims thingy....

But Im sure if there is one coming out, it would be awsome anyways..^_^
